1) Product Information
The information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, product picture, pricing and availability. In the event an error occurs, it will be corrected immediately. Stevetron Marketing & Services reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
2) Pricing Policy
This site contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order or proposing similar product replacement.
We will not process your order until we receive your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious or unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing, we are not obliged to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price. If you do not agree to the revised price, order will be cancelled, and money will be refunded to you in full amount.
3) Order Cancellation Policy
In the event customer has placed order and the item is out of stock or EOL (end of life), we will inform you the estimate time of arrival, suggest you consider other similar model/brand or cancel and refund to you. Once customer order cancellation is approved, customer will be required to fill up a refund form and email back to Stevetron Marketing & Services (info@stevetron.com) to process the refund. Kindly be informed that banking process may take up to 14 working days
